Thu 22 October 2026 · By PICKUP Zine

Black-and-white photo of a packed, grinning crowd at the front of the stage

Issue 001 is out in the world. On Wednesday 21 October we launched it at The Windmill, Brixton, and it was a great success.

Big thanks to everyone who came down, picked up a zine and danced with us!

Massive shoutout to Newbuild, Van Quan, Sativa and Eistir for all playing incredible sets, and to Eistir for stepping in at the last minute to open the night.

Thank you for your donations

The zines were free on the night, and so many of you donated towards the zine, in the donation box and online. Thank you. Every donation is hugely appreciated and helps us keep making PICKUP.

Issue 001 will be available to buy here on our website very soon. Onto the next!
