Who you're buying from

PICKUP Zine, a music zine run from London, UK. Email [email protected] with any questions about an order.

Paying

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payments are handled by Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. You'll get an email receipt confirming your order as soon as you've paid.

Delivery

We post to UK addresses only for now, by Royal Mail in a stiff envelope. Postage is shown before you pay. We aim to post orders within 3 working days, and 2nd class post usually takes 2 to 3 working days after that.

If you choose to collect at a gig, there's no postage to pay. Give your name or order number at the merch table. If you can't make it, email us and we can post it instead (postage applies).

Lost or damaged in the post

If your order hasn't arrived 10 working days after we posted it, or it arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email us to say so, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price and the original postage within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Collected copies can be returned the same way, or at a gig.

Limited copies

Print runs are small. If we oversell by mistake, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Digital downloads

If we ever sell downloads, you'll get the file straight away and by email. For downloads, your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to that before paying.

Your data

We keep your name, email, delivery address and order details so we can deliver your order and keep the sales records the law requires. See our privacy page.
